Angela Lipscombe is an award winning visual artist and Honours graduate in Graphic Design from George Brown College. A full time artist and art instructor, Angela specializes in acrylics, oils, watercolours and oil pastel and has been commissioned as a muralist for schools in Ontario. Her impressionistic work has been published, accepted into open juried exhibitions, exhibited in various galleries throughout Ontario and purchased for private and corporate collections worldwide.
Angela has volunteered countless hours over the years heading up various art executives in the southern Ontario region. She is Past - President, Vice President and Membership Chair of the CFS. She recently organized a highly successful, non-representative exhibition at the Holcim Gallery in Milton for the CFS entitled ‘Simply Colour and Form.’ Angela was also past Director and Secretary on the board of Visual Arts Mississauga and volunteered for several years with Artworks Oakville. She further enjoyed a highly successful term spearheading a 5 year ‘Art Matters’ program in Oakville, a youth-led painting exhibition and auction.
Angela currently spends her creative time bringing the joys of art to children and adults alike as an Art Instructor for the Milton Centre for the Arts. She further offers art lessons in her private home studio located in Oakville Ontario.
